We refer to Section 6.1 (viii) (a), page 136 of our Prospectus.

SIB wishes to announce that AmInvestment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Company, has on 8 August 2008, applied to the Securities Commission ("SC") for an extension of time of twelve (12) months from 25 August 2008 until 25 August 2009, to comply with the conditions imposed by the SC in relation to the landed properties stated in the aforesaid section.

A separate announcement will be made in due course upon receiving the SC's decision on the application for the Extension Of Time.

This announcement is dated 8 August 2008.
