We refer to the article in The New Straits Times, The Business Times Section, page 34, on Thursday, 4 September 2008 on the following extract :-

"BOUSTEAD Heavy Industries Corp. Bhd. (BHIC) may consider acquiring a stake in Sealink International Bhd. ……………......................................................"

Sealink International Berhad ("SIB"), after having made due and diligent enquiries with all the directors, wishes to advise Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") that SIB is not aware of any plans by Boustead Heavy Industries Corp Bhd ("BHIC") to acquire any stake in our Company.

SIB will make the appropriate announcement to Bursa Securities in a timely manner in accordance with the Bursa Securities Listing Requirements, should there be any corporate development.
