The Board of Directors of Sealink International Berhad wishes to announce that pursuant to Part E, Paragraph 10.09, Chapter 10 of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Shareholders' Ratification and Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for RRPT ("Proposed Mandates") at an Annual General Meeting to be convened.

A Circular to Shareholders pertaining to the Proposed Mandates will be sent to the shareholders in due course.
