STRIKING OFF TWO SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES |
Further to our announcement made on 28 December 2017, the Board of Directors of Sealink International Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the two wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company, namely Navitex Shipping Sdn. Bhd. (620404-K) and Sea Alpha Sdn. Bhd. (886816-V) have been successfully struck off from the register by Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016.
The striking off the abovementioned Companies will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of Sealink Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2018. None of the Directors or major shareholders of Sealink or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off.
