We refer to our Company's announcement on the 29th August, 2008 on the approval of the Securities Commission ("SC") of an extension of twelve (12) months from the 25th August, 2008 to 25th August, 2009, to undertake rectification works in relation to some of our landed properties. And we are pleased to announce that as at today's date, various rectification steps have been implemented by our Company to rectify the said landed properties, and the rectification process is still ongoing and is expected to complete before 25th August, 2009, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
