The Board of Directors of Sealink International Berhad had on 26 April 2011 recommended a final single tier tax exempt dividend of 2.7 sen per share, amounting to RM13,500,000 for the financial year ended 31 December 2010. The declaration of the final single tier tax exempt dividend is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The proposed dates are as follows :-
Dividend entitlement date : 12 September 2011
Payment date : 28 September 2011
