Sealink International Berhad ("Sealink") wishes to announce that the two dormant wholly-owned Subsidiaries, namely SEALINK RESOURCES (L) LTD (LL06873) and SEALINK MARINE (L) LTD (LL06874), had on 13th September 2017 received notices pursuant to section 151 (4) of the Labuan Companies Act, 1990 that the two Companies' names have been struck-off from the register with effect from 6th September 2017 from Labuan Financial Services Authority. The above striking-off will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Sealink Group for the financial year ending 31st December 2017. None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of Sealink or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking-off. This announcement is dated 13th September, 2017. |
