Sealink International Berhad (“SEALINK”) wishes to announce that the following two dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries have on 28 December 2017 submitted their applications to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (“CCM”) to Strike Off their names from the Register pursuant to Section 550 of the Malaysian Companies Act, 2016:
The above companies are no longer operating and the Strike Off will enable the Group to save on costs associated with maintaining the above dormant Subsidiaries. The above Strike Off will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of SEALINK for the financial year ending 30 December 2017. None of the Directors or Substantial Shareholders of SEALINK or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Strike Off.
