We refer to our announcement made on 8 August 2008.

Sealink is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission ("SC") has, vide its letter dated 27 August 2008 and received on the 28 August 2008, approved the Extension Of Time of twelve (12) months from 25 August 2008 until 25 August 2009, to comply with the conditions imposed by the SC in relation to the landed properties.

The approval is subject to the following conditions:-

(a) Sealink to make quarterly announcement to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on the status of rectification; and

(b) Sealink/AmInvestment Bank Berhad to inform the SC on the said announcements.

This announcement is dated 29 August 2008.
