Sealink wishes to announce that  all the resolutions as per Notice of the Third Annual General Meeting  ("3rd AGM") dated 7th June, 2011 were duly passed  at the 3rd AGM held at the Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Admin Block, Sealink Engineering & Slipway Sdn. Bhd., Lot 816, Block 1, Kuala Baram Land District, 98100 Kuala Baram Miri, Sarawak, on Wednesday, 29th June, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
