SETTLEMENT OF ARBITRATION

 

INTRODUCTION

We refer to the Sealink International Berhad (“Company”) announcement dated 31st December 2012 and 13 October 2016 relating to the commencement and settlement of arbitration between Sealink Sdn. Bhd. (20471-D) (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) with Boustead Penang Shipyard Sdn Bhd  (“BPS”).

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Sealink Sdn. Bhd. had received the settlement sum of USD1.5 million from BPS in accordance to the settlement agreement signed.
