The Board of Directors of SEALINK wishes to announce that the Company had applied an extension of time of up to 28 September 2020 to hold its Twelfth Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 and the Practive Directive No. 6/2020 issued by the CCM. The date of the Company's 12th AGM will be announced in due course.
